# Lothar Lippert

**Lothar Richard Lippert** (born 27 July 1939) is a German former [field hockey](/source/Field_hockey) player who competed at the [1964 Summer Olympics](/source/1964_Summer_Olympics) and the [1968 Summer Olympics](/source/1968_Summer_Olympics). He was born in [Magdeburg](/source/Magdeburg), [Saxony-Anhalt](/source/Saxony-Anhalt), Germany.[1]
