**Lon David Borgerson** (born November 19, 1950) is a Canadian provincial [politician](/source/Politician). He was the [Saskatchewan New Democratic Party](/source/Saskatchewan_New_Democratic_Party) member of the [Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan](/source/Legislative_Assembly_of_Saskatchewan) for the constituency of [Saskatchewan Rivers](/source/Saskatchewan_Rivers) from 2003 to 2007.[1] After his defeat in 2007, he stood as the federal [New Democratic Party](/source/New_Democratic_Party) candidate for [Prince Albert](/source/Prince_Albert_(federal_electoral_district)) in the [2015 federal election](/source/2015_Canadian_federal_election), and later as the [Saskatchewan New Democratic Party](/source/Saskatchewan_New_Democratic_Party) candidate for [Batoche](/source/Batoche_(electoral_district)) in the [2020 Saskatchewan election](/source/2020_Saskatchewan_general_election).
