'''''Lodderia eumorpha''''' is a [species](/source/species) of small [sea snail](/source/sea_snail) or [micromollusc](/source/micromollusc), a [marine](/source/marine_(ocean)) [gastropod](/source/gastropod) [mollusc](/source/mollusc) in the [family](/source/Family_(taxonomy)) [Skeneidae](/source/Skeneidae).<ref name="WoRMS">Rosenberg, G. ==Description==
The height of the shell attains 1.3 mm, its diameter 1.7 mm. The very small, umbilicate shell has a turbinate shape. It is white and translucent. It is distantly ribbed, and radiately striate. The [sculpture](/source/Sculpture_(mollusc)) consists of 5 prominent spiral riblets, the first just above the periphery. There is a low and indistinct spiral riblet on the [body whorl](/source/body_whorl) outside the [suture](/source/Suture_(anatomy)), and sometimes a fine riblet bordering the funnel-shaped [umbilicus](/source/Umbilicus_(mollusc)). The radiate sculpture is formed by distinct threads, which are equidistant and slightly directed backward, with their interstices wider than the threads. The [spire](/source/Spire_(mollusc)) is depressed conoidal. lower than the [aperture](/source/Aperture_(mollusc)). The minute [protoconch](/source/protoconch) is spherical and contains one [whorl](/source/Whorl_(mollusc)) only. The three whorls of the [teleoconch](/source/teleoconch) increase regularly. They are convex, the last flattened between the suture and the first spiral riblet. The periphery is rounded. The base of the shell is convex. The suture is impressed. The circular aperture is oblique. The [peristome](/source/Peristome_(gastropod)) is continuous, smooth inside and ornamented outside by the spiral sculpture. The strong [columella](/source/Columella_(gastropod)) is arcuate and not reflexed. The deep [umbilicus](/source/Umbilicus_(mollusc)) is rather narrow.<ref>[https://archive.org/details/manualofnewzeala00sute Suter H. (1913-1915), Manual of New Zealand Mollusca; Wellington, N.
