**Lo-Reninge** (Dutch pronunciation: [\[ˌloːˈreːnɪŋə\]](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:IPA/Dutch); [West Flemish](/source/West_Flemish_language): *Lo-Rênienge*) is a [municipality](/source/Municipalities_of_Belgium) and [city](/source/City_status_in_Belgium)[2] located in the [Belgian](/source/Belgium) province of [West Flanders](/source/West_Flanders). The municipality comprises the towns of [Lo](/source/Lo%2C_Belgium), [Noordschote](/source/Noordschote), [Pollinkhove](/source/Pollinkhove) and [Reninge](/source/Reninge). On January 1, 2006, Lo-Reninge had a total population of 3,306. The total area is 62.94 km2 which gives a [population density](/source/Population_density) of 53 inhabitants per km2. The [Old Town Hall of Lo](/source/Old_Town_Hall%2C_Lo), built between 1565 and 1566, and its belfry were inscribed on the [UNESCO](/source/UNESCO) [World Heritage List](/source/World_Heritage_List) in 1999 as part of the [Belfries of Belgium and France](/source/Belfries_of_Belgium_and_France) site.[3]

It is the birthplace of [Flemish](/source/Flanders) painter [Jacques-Albert Senave](/source/Jacques-Albert_Senave).
