Llawdden composed poems to many prominent noble families.

He is noted for his inauguration in the [Eisteddfod](/source/Eisteddfod) held at [Carmarthen](/source/Carmarthen) attended by [Dafydd ab Edmwnd](/source/Dafydd_ab_Edmwnd).
