**Liu To** (traditional Chinese: 寮肚)[1] is the area around the [valley](/source/Valley) in the midwest of [Tsing Yi Island](/source/Tsing_Yi). There is a stream in the valley watering the narrow band of agricultural fields of [Liu To Village](/source/Liu_To_Village) (traditional Chinese: 寮肚村). Its water formerly filled the [Tsing Yi Lagoon](/source/Tsing_Yi_Tong) and nurtured the [rice paddies](/source/Paddy_field) around the [lagoon](/source/Lagoon) but now is just water flowing in the underground [nullah](/source/Nullah) to the [Rambler Channel](/source/Rambler_Channel). The valley has occasionally been referred to as the **Liu To Valley** (traditional Chinese: 寮肚坑) and the surrounding hills as **Liu To Hill** (traditional Chinese: 寮肚山).

The [Mount Haven (曉峰園)](/source/Mount_Haven,_Hong_Kong) private housing estate sits deep in the valley, while the [Cheung Wang Estate](/source/Cheung_Wang_Estate) and the [Cheung Hang Estate](/source/Cheung_Hang_Estate) stand on the surrounding hills to the north. [Liu To Bridge](/source/Liu_To_Bridge), part of Tsing Yi West Road, spans the valley.

The [Tsing Yi Nature Trail](/source/Tsing_Yi_Nature_Trail) runs over the hills at the back of the valley.
