# Lisa Lobsinger

**Lisa Dawn Lobsinger**[1] is an [indie rock](/source/Indie_rock) singer from [Calgary](/source/Calgary), Alberta, Canada. She is the lead singer for the band [Reverie Sound Revue](/source/Reverie_Sound_Revue) and is known for her powerful voice and distinctive [hair styles](/source/Hair_style). Reverie Sound Revue has released [an extended play](/source/Reverie_Sound_Revue_(EP)) and [a studio album](/source/Reverie_Sound_Revue_(album)).

Lobsinger has recorded with the bands [The Summerlad](/source/The_Summerlad_(band)) and [The Dudes](/source/The_Dudes). She is the touring [frontwoman](/source/Frontman) of [Broken Social Scene](/source/Broken_Social_Scene) after filling in for rotary singers [Leslie Feist](/source/Leslie_Feist), [Amy Millan](/source/Amy_Millan), and [Emily Haines](/source/Emily_Haines),[2] and has also lent vocals to the [Shad](/source/Shad_(rapper)) album *[TSOL](/source/TSOL_(album))*. Her current project is Laser, an electro-pop trio with [Paul Pfisterer](/source/Paul_Pfisterer) (of [The Beauties](/source/The_Beauties)) and [Marty Kinack](/source/Marty_Kinack). Their debut album, *Night Driver* was released in January 2016.[3]
