**Lim Fung Kee** ([Chinese](/source/Chinese_language): 林方基, born 22 February 1950) is a former [Malaysian](/source/Malaysian_people) [football](/source/Football_(soccer)) goalkeeper.[1] In 2004, he was inducted in [Olympic Council of Malaysia](/source/Olympic_Council_of_Malaysia)'s Hall of Fame for [1972 Summer Olympics football team](/source/Football_at_the_1972_Summer_Olympics_%E2%80%93_Men's_team_squads#Malaysia).[2]

## Career

Lim played for [Selangor FA](/source/Selangor_FA) in [Malaysia Cup](/source/Malaysia_Cup) tournament in the late 60s and early 70s. He also played for the [Malaysia national football team](/source/Malaysia_national_football_team), and was in the team that qualified to the [1972 Munich Olympics](/source/1972_Munich_Olympics) [football competition](/source/Football_at_the_1972_Summer_Olympics).[3] In the finals, Lim played one group games, substituting [Wong Kam Fook](/source/Wong_Kam_Fook) on 27 minutes against [Morocco](/source/Morocco_national_football_team).[4]

Lim also played in [Hong Kong](/source/Hong_Kong) for professional club [Seiko SA](/source/Seiko_SA) in 1974.[5] Later, he residing there after retiring.[6]
