== Career ==

Lida Chan joined Bophana Center in 2006, where, as an [archivist](/source/archivist), she specializes in the analysis of [Khmer Rouge](/source/Khmer_Rouge) [archives](/source/archives). She also works as a radio [journalist](/source/journalist) for [Radio France Internationale](/source/Radio_France_Internationale), where she covered the [trial of former Khmer Rouge cadre Duch](/source/Cambodia_Tribunal).

In 2010, Lida Chan turned into [documentary](/source/documentary) [filmmaking](/source/filmmaking) after being trained by Cambodian [filmmaker](/source/filmmaker) and [producer](/source/Film_producer) [Rithy Panh](/source/Rithy_Panh).
