==Early life and education==
Li was born into a family of workers in [Kuancheng District](/source/Kuancheng_District) of [Changchun](/source/Changchun), [Jilin](/source/Jilin), on February 15, 1958.<ref name="ra"/> He has four siblings. Li is twice married.
