Li has reached his first and presently only career final at the M15 [Sharm El Sheikh](/source/Sharm_El_Sheikh), Egypt [World Tennis Tour](/source/ITF_Futures) tournament on hard courts in April 2021 in the doubles. They lost to veteran players [Marin Čilić](/source/Marin_%C4%8Cili%C4%87) and [Andrey Golubev](/source/Andrey_Golubev) in the first round.
