'''''Lenwebbia''''' is a genus of [shrub](/source/shrub)s or small trees in the myrtle family [Myrtaceae](/source/Myrtaceae).<ref name=APNI>{{APNI2|name=''Lebwebbia''|id=180914|access-date=2024-12-05}}</ref><ref name=Snow>{{cite Q|Q55767955}}</ref> The type species is ''[Lenwebbia lasioclada](/source/Lenwebbia_lasioclada)''.<ref name=APNI/>

The genus is named to honour the Australian plant ecologist [Dr. Leonard Webb](/source/Dr._Leonard_Webb).<ref name="Snow" /> The genus occurs in mesic forests along or near the east coast of Australia, from northern [New South Wales](/source/New_South_Wales) to northeastern [Queensland](/source/Queensland).

Both species in the genus were formerly classified in the genus ''Austromyrtus''. ''Lenwebbia'' is distinct from ''[Austromyrtus](/source/Austromyrtus)'' and ''[Gossia](/source/Gossia)'' in having four petals rather than five.
Anatomical<ref name=Snow/> and genetic analyses<ref>Salywon, A., Snow, N., Wojciechowski, M. F., Csizmadi, J., & Landrum, L. (2004). Phylogenetic relationships of Myrtaceae as inferred from nrDNA ITS sequences. Botany 2004, 38-5.</ref> have placed ''Lenwebbia'' as the sister genus to ''[Lophomyrtus](/source/Lophomyrtus)'' from New Zealand.
