**Lejaun Perry Simmons** (born 7 April 1993) is a footballer who plays as a [striker](/source/Striker_(association_football)) for [Robin Hood](/source/Robin_Hood_F.C.) and the [Bermuda national team](/source/Bermuda_national_football_team).

## Club career

Lejaun Simmons started his career at major Bermudian side [Devonshire Cougars](/source/Devonshire_Cougars), being in the youth team for 2 years before being promoted to the first team in 2011. In 2013 he began training with [Ilkeston](/source/Ilkeston_F.C.), after the English club developed a link-up with [Bermuda Hogges](/source/Bermuda_Hogges_F.C.) in order to create a pathway to professional football for promising Bermudian players.[3] During the [2013–14 season](/source/2013%E2%80%9314_Northern_Premier_League) he made seven appearances for the club (six in the league), and also had loan spells with [Mickleover Sports](/source/Mickleover_Sports_F.C.) and [Long Eaton United](/source/Long_Eaton_United_F.C.).[4][5][6]

He was still with the club in December 2014,[7] however he did not make any appearances during the [2014–15 season](/source/2014%E2%80%9315_Northern_Premier_League).[8] He had left the club by December 2015, returning to Bermuda with [Robin Hood](/source/Robin_Hood_F.C.).[9] He signed a three-year contract in August 2017.[10]

## International career

Lejaun made his debut for the [Bermuda national team](/source/Bermuda_national_football_team) against [Haiti](/source/Haiti_national_football_team) on 9 September 2012, in the [CONCACAF Gold Cup](/source/CONCACAF_Gold_Cup).[2] He scored his first goal two days later against [Saint Martin](/source/Saint_Martin_national_football_team) in the same competition.
