# Leconte Island

**Leconte Island** is a small, uninhabited island in [Qikiqtaaluk](/source/Qikiqtaaluk_Region), [Nunavut](/source/Nunavut), Canada. It is located in the [Labrador Sea](/source/Labrador_Sea) off [Baffin Island](/source/Baffin_Island)'s Lefferts Glacier.[1]
