## Professional career

In his pro career, Palladino played in the [Argentine League](/source/Liga_Nacional_de_B%C3%A1squet), the [Spanish League](/source/Liga_ACB), the [Italian League](/source/Lega_Basket_Serie_A), and the [EuroLeague](/source/EuroLeague).

## National team career

Palladino was a member of the senior men's [Argentine national team](/source/Argentina_national_basketball_team). With them he won a silver medal at the [2002 FIBA World Championship](/source/2002_FIBA_World_Championship).[1]
