# Lead videography

The Japanese group [Lead](/source/Lead_(band)) has released over forty music videos since their debut in 2002. They debuted as a [hip-hop](/source/Hip-hop) group with the music video "[Manatsu no Magic](/source/Manatsu_no_Magic)" on July 31, 2002.[1] In other visual media, the group has been a part of several [films](/source/Film) and [television shows](/source/Television_show). In 2003, all four members ([Hiroki Nakadoi](/source/Hiroki_Nakadoi), Shinya Tanuichi, Keita Furuya, Akira Kagimoto) appeared in the film *[Boutaoshi!](/source/Boutaoshi!)*, with Shinya taking on the [lead role](/source/Leading_actor) of Tsuguo Takayama.[2] All four members also appeared in the 2004 film *[Kamachi](/source/Kamachi_(2004_film))*. Along with performing the theme song "[Get Wild Life](/source/Get_Wild_Life)", Shinya took on the role of the title character and Hiroki was featured as the troubled teen Shun Iijima.[3] In 2014, Shinya took the role of Tsuyoshi Kakinoki for the movie *Oretachi no Ashita*.

The release of Lead's debut album *[Life On Da Beat](/source/Life_On_Da_Beat)* (2003) was preceded by the music videos for its singles "Manatsu no Magic", "[Show me the way](/source/Show_Me_the_Way_(Lead_song))" and "[Fly Away](/source/Fly_Away_(Lead_song))". Due to the success of both "Manatsu no Magic" and "Show me the way", Lead was able to secure the spot for the *Best Newcomer Award* during the [44th Japan Record Awards](/source/44th_Japan_Record_Awards).[4]

***Lead Dramabox*** (stylized as *Lead dramabox*) is a collection of [Japanese television dramas](/source/Japanese_television_drama) that featured one or more members of [Lead](/source/Lead_(band)). It was of limited release during the month of February 2011 and contained thirteen shows spanning across a three disc set. The collection was only released on [Vision Factory's](/source/Rising_Production) online shop.

#### Information

*Lead dramabox* is a special [DVD](/source/DVD) collection released by [Vision Factory](/source/Rising_Production) with [dramas](/source/Television_drama) featuring one or more members of the [Japanese](/source/Japanese_people) [hip-hop](/source/Hip-hop) [group](/source/Dance_troupe) [Lead](/source/Lead_(band)) (Hiroki Nakadoi, Shinya Tanuichi, Keita Furuya, Akira Kagimoto).[26] It was of limited release and buyers could only purchase it through Vision Factory's [online shop](/source/Online_shopping).[27]

Spanning across three discs, the collection held thirteen dramas released through Open Cast and Vision Factory. Disc one held the dramas *Syakkin Kanojo*,[28] *Syakkin Kanojo 2 1000 Rhapsody*,[29] *Shitamachi Detective Story -Find Maria!-* and *Shitamachi Detective Story 2*.[30]

Disc two featured the dramas *Flowers ~Junketsu no Yuri~*,[31] *Senko Hanabi*,[32] *Kanojo to Boku to Toshokan de*,[33] *Kokuhaku Sunzentsu!*,[34] *Oretachi no Relation*[35] and *Yakusoku no Cafe*.[36] Disc three held the three dramas *Natsu wa Owaranai*,[37] *Last Love*[38] and *Game*.
