**Lara Maree Hooiveld** (born 6 July 1971) is an Australian former [swimmer](/source/Swimming_(sport)). Hooiveld competed in [three events](/source/Swimming_at_the_1988_Summer_Olympics) at the [1988 Summer Olympics](/source/1988_Summer_Olympics).[1][2] Despite being of Australian nationality she won the [ASA National British Championships](/source/British_Swimming_Championships) over [100 metres breaststroke](/source/British_Swimming_Championships_-_100_metres_breaststroke_winners) in 1990.[3]
