# Kusin Ch'utu

**Kusin Ch'utu** ([Aymara](/source/Aymara_language) *kusi* happiness, fortune, good luck,[1] *-n(i)* a [suffix](/source/Suffix) to indicate ownership, *ch'utu* peak of a mountain, top of the head,[1] Hispanicized spelling *Cusin Chuto*) is a 5,020-metre (16,470-foot) mountain in the [Andes](/source/Andes) of [Bolivia](/source/Bolivia). It is located in the [Oruro Department](/source/Oruro_Department), [Sajama Province](/source/Sajama_Province), in the north of the [Turco Municipality](/source/Turco_Municipality). Kusin Ch'utu is situated north-east of the mountains [Qhapaqa](/source/Qhapaqa), [Yaritani](/source/Yaritani) and [Kimsa Chata](/source/Kimsa_Chata_(Sajama)). The river Q'ulini ("the one with stripes", *Culini*) originates at the mountain. It flows to the south-east.[2][3]
