The **Kursk constituency (No.109[a])** is a [Russian legislative constituency](/source/Constituencies_of_Russia) in [Kursk Oblast](/source/Kursk_Oblast). The constituency covers part of [Kursk](/source/Kursk) and north-western Kursk Oblast.

The constituency has been represented since [2021](/source/2021_Russian_legislative_election) by [United Russia](/source/United_Russia) deputy [Yekaterina Kharchenko](/source/Yekaterina_Kharchenko), former Deputy [Governor of Kursk Oblast](/source/Governor_of_Kursk_Oblast), who won the open seat, after defeating one-term United Russia incumbent [Tatyana Voronina](/source/Tatyana_Voronina_(politician)) in the primary.
