**Kosta Iliev** ([Bulgarian](/source/Bulgarian_language): Коста Илиев), born May 13, 1962, is a former Bulgarian [basketball](/source/Basketball) player, who played for [Khimik Vidin](https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Khimik_Vidin&action=edit&redlink=1), [CSKA](/source/BC_CSKA_Sofia) and [Bulgaria](/source/Bulgaria_men's_national_basketball_team).

He is currently employed by [FIBA](/source/FIBA) as sports director at FIBA Europe, and is charged with the development of [3x3 basketball](/source/3x3_basketball), a discipline which was officially named an Olympic sport in 2020.
