# Koshoy

**Koshoy** (Kyrgyz: Кошой, before 2002: Калиновка *Kalinovka*)[1] is a village in the [Chüy District](/source/Ch%C3%BCy_District), [Chüy Region](/source/Ch%C3%BCy_Region), [Kyrgyzstan](/source/Kyrgyzstan). Its population was 2,005 in 2021.[2] It is the center of Ibraimov rural community (*ayyl aymagy*) that also include villages Kara-Oy, [Kyzyl-Asker](/source/Kyzyl-Asker), Lenin, Lenin-Jol, [Taldy-Bulak](/source/Taldy-Bulak,_Ch%C3%BCy).[3][4]
