# Korshamn Chapel

**Korshamn Chapel** (Norwegian: *Korshamn kapell*) is a [parish church](/source/Parish_church) of the [Church of Norway](/source/Church_of_Norway) in [Lyngdal Municipality](/source/Lyngdal_Municipality) in [Agder](/source/Agder) county, [Norway](/source/Norway). It is located in the village of [Korshamn](/source/Korshamn). It is one of the churches for the Lyngdal [parish](/source/Parish) which is part of the [Lister og Mandal prosti](/source/Lister_og_Mandal_prosti) ([deanery](/source/Deanery)) in the [Diocese of Agder og Telemark](/source/Diocese_of_Agder_og_Telemark). The white, wooden church was built in a [long church](/source/Long_church) design in 1906 using plans drawn up by the [architect](/source/Architect) Arne Abrahamsen. The church seats about 100 people.[1][2]
