**Kings University** is a private university in [Nigeria](/source/Nigeria), founded in 2015 and located in the [Odeomu](/source/Odeomu) area of [Osun State](/source/Osun_State).[1] The university was established by the [Kingsway International Christian Centre](/source/Kingsway_International_Christian_Centre), a church-owned by Pastor [Matthew Ashimolowo](/source/Matthew_Ashimolowo) who also happens to be the Chancellor of Kings University.[2]

## Administration and Governance

Kings University is a private university located in Odeomu, Osun State, Nigeria. It was established in 2015 by the Kingsway International Christian Centre (KICC) under the leadership of Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo. The university is governed by a Chancellor, Governing Council, Vice-Chancellor, and principal officers who oversee academic and administrative functions.[3]
