# Kingdom Within

***Kingdom Within*** is the forthcoming eighth studio album by Australian musician, [Josh Pyke](/source/Josh_Pyke). The album was announced on 13 March 2026 alongside its lead single. The album is scheduled for release on 12 June 2026.[1][2]

Upon announcement, the album is described as "a meditation on humanity's moral compass in an era shaped by technological change and social fragmentation."[1]

Referring to the title track, Pyke said, "This song is really about reconnecting with your moral core. 'The Kingdom Within' I am referring to is our rich internal life. In a world that seems really fraught at the moment and really fragmented by not only what is going on in the political landscape but also in social media, I think it is more important than ever that we reconnect with what is important to us."[2][3]
