The **Khrami** ([Georgian](/source/Georgian_language): ხრამი) or **Anakhatir** ([Azerbaijani](/source/Azerbaijani_language): *Anaxatır*), in its upper course *Ktsia*, is a river in eastern [Georgia](/source/Georgia_(country)) and western [Azerbaijan](/source/Azerbaijan), and a [right](https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/right_bank) tributary of the [Kura](/source/Kura_(South_Caucasus_river)) (*Mtkvari*). It is 201 km (125 mi) long, and has a [drainage basin](/source/Drainage_basin) of 8,340 km2 (3,220 sq mi).[1][2] The Khrami originates in the [Trialeti Range](/source/Trialeti_Range) and flows into a deep valley. It is fed primarily by snow melt. Its main tributaries are the [Debed](/source/Debed) (left) and [Mashavera](/source/Mashavera) (right) rivers. The Tsalka Reservoir and three hydroelectric power plants are built on the Khrami.
