'''Karbabad''' ({{langx|ar|كرباباد}}) is a [village](/source/village) situated in the northern part of the [Kingdom of Bahrain](/source/Kingdom_of_Bahrain), along the northern coastline bordering the [Persian Gulf](/source/Persian_Gulf). The village was known for its beach, however in recent years, [land reclamation](/source/land_reclamation) has resulted in the sea shore moving up to 2&nbsp;km from the once sea-front village.
