Although it is the leading commercial center in [Kyotera District](/source/Kyotera_District), the administrative headquarters of the district are in [Kasaali](/source/Kasaali). ## Location Kalisizo lies on the main highway between [Masaka](/source/Masaka) and the border town of [Mutukula](/source/Mutukula%2C_Uganda) on [Uganda](/source/Uganda)'s border with [Tanzania](/source/Tanzania).
