**Keegan Christopher Bach** (born April 20, 2001), known professionally as **KBeazy** (stylized **KBeaZy**), is an American record producer, songwriter, and YouTuber.[1] He is best known for producing the singles "[Mood](/source/Mood_(24kGoldn_song))" for [24kGoldn](/source/24kGoldn) in 2020, as well as "[That's What I Want](/source/That's_What_I_Want)" for [Lil Nas X](/source/Lil_Nas_X) the following year.

He first gained recognition in 2017 after reproducing the instrumental of [Lil Uzi Vert](/source/Lil_Uzi_Vert)'s "[XO TOUR Llif3](/source/XO_TOUR_Llif3)" on YouTube, and thereafter releasing [beat](/source/Hip_hop_production) tutorials and live streams.[2] Since his rise to fame, KBeazy has most notably produced songs for [Juice Wrld](/source/Juice_Wrld), [Kehlani](/source/Kehlani), [Iann Dior](/source/Iann_Dior), [Roddy Ricch](/source/Roddy_Ricch), [Lil Nas X](/source/Lil_Nas_X), [Machine Gun Kelly](/source/Machine_Gun_Kelly_(musician)), [Becky G](/source/Becky_G), [Katy Perry](/source/Katy_Perry), and [Maroon 5](/source/Maroon_5), among others.[3]

## Career

At age 19, KBeazy relocated to Los Angeles to pursue his passion for music full time.[4] He signed a joint venture publishing deal with [Prescription Songs](/source/Prescription_Songs) and Day One Songs in 2019. Frequent collaborators include rappers [24kGoldn](/source/24kGoldn), [Iann Dior](/source/Iann_Dior), and [The Kid Laroi](/source/The_Kid_Laroi), as well as fellow record producers [Omer Fedi](/source/Omer_Fedi), [Blake Slatkin](/source/Blake_Slatkin), and [Dr. Luke](/source/Dr._Luke). KBeazy was named the youngest producer ever to secure a [Billboard](/source/Billboard_Hot_100) #1 record with "Mood", which topped the chart for 8 non-consecutive weeks and has over 1 billion streams on Spotify. He has been Grammy-nominated for his work with [Lil Nas X](/source/Lil_Nas_X) and [Machine Gun Kelly](/source/Machine_Gun_Kelly_(musician)), received the BMI Pop Award twice, and was included in Forbes' 30 Under 30 list in 2023. His productions have earned over 3 billion global streams.
