**Justin Putuhena** (born 12 May 1986), better known by his stage name **Justin Prime**, is a Dutch [progressive](/source/Progressive_house) and [electro house](/source/Electro_house) DJ and record producer.[1][*[unreliable source?](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Reliable_sources)*] He is a sound engineer graduate[2] and began his music career in 2001 producing [techno](/source/Techno) and [hardstyle](/source/Hardstyle) music.[3]

He released **Cannonball** with [Showtek](/source/Showtek) in 2012 and received a platinum-plated record plus two golden records for this track.[4]

He collaborated with [Tiësto](/source/Ti%C3%ABsto), [Showtek](/source/Showtek), [Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike](/source/Dimitri_Vegas_%26_Like_Mike) and [Steve Aoki](/source/Steve_Aoki) to name a few, he also remixed [Jennifer Lopez](/source/Jennifer_Lopez), [Rihanna](/source/Rihanna), [David Guetta](/source/David_Guetta),[5] [Flo Rida](/source/Flo_Rida), [Rita Ora](/source/Rita_Ora), [Iggy Azalea](/source/Iggy_Azalea) and worked with [U2](/source/U2) singer [Bono](/source/Bono).[6]
