**Jungnang Station** is a station on the [Gyeongui–Jungang Line](/source/Gyeongui%E2%80%93Jungang_Line) and the [Gyeongchun Line](/source/Gyeongchun_Line). This station was given this name because the [Jungnang River](/source/Jungnangcheon), a [tributary](/source/Tributary) of the [Han River](/source/Han_River_(Korea)), flows to the west of this station, and also because it is located in the [Jungnang-gu](/source/Jungnang-gu) district.
