==Life==
He was the son of Amos Fisk and Mary (Wheeler) Fisk. In 1806, he married Phebe Peters (1785–1860), and they had seven children.

He was a member of the [New York State Assembly](/source/New_York_State_Assembly) (Clinton Co.) in [1825](/source/48th_New_York_State_Legislature) and [1826](/source/49th_New_York_State_Legislature).

He was a member of the [New York State Senate](/source/New_York_State_Senate) (4th D.) from 1832 to 1835, sitting in the [55th](/source/55th_New_York_State_Legislature), [56th](/source/56th_New_York_State_Legislature), [57th](/source/57th_New_York_State_Legislature) and [58th New York State Legislature](/source/58th_New_York_State_Legislature)s.

He was President of the Temperance Society of Keeseville.

He was buried at the Keeseville Old Cemetery in [Au Sable, New York](/source/Au_Sable%2C_New_York).
