**Joseph A. Matos III** is a [United States Marine Corps](/source/United_States_Marine_Corps) [Lieutenant General](/source/Lieutenant_general_(United_States))[1] who serves as the Commander of [Marine Corps Forces Cyberspace Command (MARFORCYBER)](/source/Marine_Corps_Forces_Cyberspace_Command), [Marine Corps Forces Space Command](/source/Marine_Corps_Forces_Space_Command), and [Marine Corps Information Command](/source/Marine_Corps_Information_Command). He previously served as the Deputy Commander of [MARFORCYBER](/source/MARFORCYBER) and Joint Task Force-ARES.

Matos also served as the Director of Information, Command, Control, Communications, and Computers of the USMC and the Director of Command, Control Communications, Computers, and Cyber of the [United States Space Command](/source/United_States_Space_Command).[2][3][4][5]
