**Jorunn Horgen** (born 6 December 1966) is a Norwegian [windsurfer](/source/Windsurfing). She was born in [Hokksund](/source/Hokksund). She participated at the [1992 Summer Olympics](/source/Sailing_at_the_1992_Summer_Olympics_%E2%80%93_Women's_Sailboard), where she placed 8th, and at the [1996 Summer Olympics](/source/Sailing_at_the_1996_Summer_Olympics), where she placed fifth.[2] She is the world champion from 1984, 1986, 1987, 1989 and 1992.[1]
