He is U18 goalkeeper coach at [Wolverhampton Wanderers](/source/Wolverhampton_Wanderers_F.C.). ## Playing career ### Wolverhampton Wanderers Flatt is a product of [Wolverhampton Wanderers](/source/Wolverhampton_Wanderers_F.C.)' academy, having been at the club since the age of eight. He signed his first professional contract with the club in 2014, but never made a senior appearance in a competitive fixture for them. He made his senior football debut for [Wrexham](/source/Wrexham_A.F.C.) during a loan spell in 2014 during which he made five appearances in total. He then went out on loan to [Chesterfield](/source/Chesterfield_F.C.) in 2015, but failed to make an appearance.[2] He was then loaned out to [Cheltenham Town](/source/Cheltenham_Town_F.C.) where he made 10 appearances towards the end of the [2015–16 season](/source/2015%E2%80%9316_National_League), helping the club win the [National League](/source/National_League_(division)) title.[3] In January 2017, he joined [National League](/source/National_League_(division)) club [Barrow](/source/Barrow_A.F.C.) on loan for the rest of the [2016–17](/source/2016%E2%80%9317_National_League) season, during which he made 25 appearances in all competitions.[4] In June 2017, he rejoined [Cheltenham Town](/source/Cheltenham_Town_F.C.) on a season-long loan, but was recalled 6 months later, after only making 7 appearances in all competitions for the [League Two](/source/EFL_League_Two) side.[5] In February 2018, he joined [National League North](/source/National_League_North) club [Kidderminster Harriers](/source/Kidderminster_Harriers_F.C.) on loan for a month.[6] He was released by Wolves at the end of the 2017–18 season.[7] ### Scunthorpe United On 10 July 2018, he signed a one-year deal with [League One](/source/EFL_League_One) club [Scunthorpe United](/source/Scunthorpe_United_F.C.) after a successful trial.[8] He was released by Scunthorpe at the end of the 2018–19 season.[9] ### Rushall Olympic On 23 August 2019, Flatt was confirmed as signing for [Southern League](/source/Southern_Football_League) Premier Division Central side [Rushall Olympic](/source/Rushall_Olympic_F.C.).[10] ## Coaching career After retiring from professional football, Flatt became a goalkeeping coach at [Aston Villa](/source/Aston_Villa_F.C.).
