**Jon Albert** (born July 12, 1979) is an American politician serving as a [Republican](/source/Republican_Party_(United_States)) member of the [Florida House of Representatives](/source/Florida_House_of_Representatives) for the 48th district.[1] He served in the [United States Marine Corps](/source/United_States_Marine_Corps) for nine years and ten months.[1] He graduated from [Chaminade University of Honolulu](/source/Chaminade_University_of_Honolulu) with an [MBA](/source/MBA).[1] Albert was the mayor of [Frostproof, Florida](/source/Frostproof,_Florida), from 2020 to 2024.[1] He is a business owner, and also a Christian.[1]
