**Joddie Gleason** ([née](/source/Birth_name#Maiden_and_married_names) **Vossler**) is an [American](/source/Americans) basketball [coach](/source/Coach_(basketball)) and former player who is the current head coach of the [Eastern Washington Eagles women's basketball](/source/Eastern_Washington_Eagles_women's_basketball) team.[1]

## Coaching career

On May 21, 2021, Gleason was hired as head coach at [Eastern Washington University](/source/Eastern_Washington_Eagles).[2] After setting a program record for most wins in a single season in [2023–24](/source/2023%E2%80%9324_Eastern_Washington_Eagles_women's_basketball_team), Gleason was named women's basketball coach of the year in the [Big Sky Conference](/source/Big_Sky_Conference).[3]
