# Jimmy Pinchak

**Jimmy Jax Pinchak** (born James Justin Pinchak; February 16, 1996) is an American actor, musician, and attorney.

## Life and career

Born James Justin Pinchak, he grew up in [Point Pleasant, New Jersey](/source/Point_Pleasant,_New_Jersey).[citation needed] He acted the movements for "Know-It-All" in the animated film *[The Polar Express](/source/The_Polar_Express_(film))*[1] (voice was provided by [Eddie Deezen](/source/Eddie_Deezen))[2] and played the lead in made-for-TV movie *All I Want For Christmas*, *[Hostage](/source/Hostage_(2005_film))* and *[Meteor](/source/Meteor_(TV_miniseries))*. He also played Eddy in *[Over There](/source/Over_There_(American_TV_series))* and Mark in *[Let Me In](/source/Let_Me_In_(film))*, a remake of the Swedish film *[Let the Right One In](/source/Let_the_Right_One_In_(film))*. In 2008, he starred in the pilot episode of the family comedy *[Growing Up Normal](/source/Growing_Up_Normal)* about a child actor growing up in [Hollywood](/source/Cinema_of_the_United_States). In 2011, Jimmy made a guest appearance on NCIS. In 2010-2011, Pinchak played a recurring role in Ray Romano's *[Men of a Certain Age](/source/Men_of_a_Certain_Age)* on TNT. In 2013, Pinchak played [Peter Wiggin](/source/Peter_Wiggin), the older brother of [Ender Wiggin](/source/Ender_Wiggin), in the film *[Ender's Game](/source/Ender's_Game_(film))* (2013).

In addition to acting, Pinchak is a blues rock musician. In 2014, The Jimmy Jax Pinchak Band released a blues rock album titled *Make It Better*.[citation needed] In 2018, The Jimmy J Pinchak Band released *Blue on Arrival.*[3]

Pinchak earned his [Juris Doctor](/source/Juris_Doctor) degree from [Cornell Law School](/source/Cornell_Law_School) in 2021 and his Bachelor of Science degree from [Cornell University](/source/Cornell_University) in 2018.[4]
