==Early life==
Novuka was born and raised in [Mthatha](/source/Mthatha)'s Ngangelizwe township<ref>{{cite web|url=https://www.pressreader.com/south-africa/daily-dispatch/20160716/281749858696576|title=Dispatch 16/07/2016|website=pressreader|access-date=14 April 2020}}</ref> on 3 March 1971, the same township South African DJ [Black Coffee](/source/Black_Coffee_(DJ)) grew up in.
