== Biography ==
Jeff Mueller attended college at Kansas City, Missouri at the Art Institute of Kansas City for two years. While in high school, Mueller struck up a bond with guitarist Jason Noble, who shared his musical interests.<ref name="ahbint">{{cite web |first=Alec |last=Hanley Bemis |url=http://ahb.brassland.org/2012/08/06/jason-noble/#more-4464 |title=Deep Thoughts on Jason Noble |publisher=ABH |date=August 6, 2012 |accessdate=April 13, 2016 |archive-date=April 25, 2016 |archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20160425015157/http://ahb.brassland.org/2012/08/06/jason-noble/#more-4464 |url-status=dead }}</ref> In 1991 they founded the [Hip Hop](/source/Hip_Hop) project King G & the J Krew.<ref name="epitonicint"/> Along with Noble, Jeff Mueller founded the band Rodan in [Louisville, Kentucky](/source/Louisville%2C_Kentucky) in 1992. The group released one album for [Quarterstick Records](/source/Quarterstick_Records), titled ''[Rusty](/source/Rusty_(Rodan_album))'', in 1994. After Rodan dissolved in 1995, Mueller formed [June of 44](/source/June_of_44) with bassist [Fred Erskine](/source/Fred_Erskine), drummer [Doug Scharin](/source/Doug_Scharin) and guitarist [Sean Meadows](/source/Sean_Meadows). After 1999, the band would lay dormant for 19 years until their reunion in 2019. In 1996, he formed [Shipping News](/source/Shipping_News) with former [Rodan](/source/Rodan_(band)) bandmate Jason Noble.<ref name="trouserpress"/> Shipping News disbanded immediately following the death of Noble in 2012.

In 2025, Mueller collaborated with Meadows to form Flowting Clowds (stylized as FLOWTING CLOWDS).
