==Early life==
Jaymay was born Jamie Seerman on January 3, 1981, and was raised on [Long Island](/source/Long_Island). For undergrad, she studied at [New College of Florida](/source/New_College_of_Florida), [Columbia University](/source/Columbia_University) and [Hunter College](/source/Hunter_College) in New York City, as well as [Lorenzo de' Medici](/source/Lorenzo_de'_Medici_School) in Florence, Italy.
