Born in [Olivos, Buenos Aires Province](/source/Olivos%2C_Buenos_Aires_Province), Pinola began playing as a senior with [Chacarita Juniors](/source/Chacarita_Juniors) in the [Argentine Primera División](/source/Argentine_Primera_Divisi%C3%B3n).
