# Jason Gavadza

**Jason Gavadza** (born January 31, 1976, in [Toronto](/source/Toronto), [Ontario](/source/Ontario)) is a former [National Football League](/source/National_Football_League) (NFL) [tight end](/source/Tight_end) and [Super Bowl](/source/Super_Bowl) champion as a member of the [Baltimore Ravens](/source/Baltimore_Ravens), and also played in the [Canadian Football League](/source/Canadian_Football_League) (CFL) as a fullback for the [Toronto Argonauts](/source/Toronto_Argonauts), [Montreal Allouettes](/source/Montreal_Allouettes), and [BC Lions](/source/BC_Lions).[1]

He graduated from [Michael Power/St. Joseph High School](/source/Michael_Power/St._Joseph_High_School), and from [Kent State University](/source/Kent_State_University). Drafted as tight end in the 2000 NFL Draft in the sixth round,[2] he was a member of the [Pittsburgh Steelers](/source/Pittsburgh_Steelers), [Tennessee Titans](/source/Tennessee_Titans), [Carolina Panthers](/source/Carolina_Panthers), [Green Bay Packers](/source/Green_Bay_Packers), [Baltimore Ravens](/source/Baltimore_Ravens), [St. Louis Rams](/source/St._Louis_Rams), [Cincinnati Bengals](/source/Cincinnati_Bengals) and won the Super Bowl championship in 2000 as a member of the Baltimore Ravens of the NFL.[3][4][5][6][7][8]
