==Dance==
Lilly graduated from [New York University](/source/New_York_University)'s [Tisch School of the Arts](/source/Tisch_School_of_the_Arts) in 1982 with a Bachelor of Arts in dance. She was a principal dancer with the [Bill T. == Yoga ==
Lilly began studying [Iyengar Yoga](/source/Iyengar_Yoga) in 1992 while a student in graduate school, where she studied with Laurie Blakeney at the Ann Arbor School of Yoga in Michigan.  She has been teaching since 1995. She has studied at the Iyengar Institute in [Pune, India](/source/Pune%2C_India) under [B. K. S.
