== Methodology ==
Howe employs the philosophy "everyone has a story" when interviewing team personnel,<ref name="FoxSportsBio" /> and builds relationships with racing drivers in order to keep herself updated on the events of a race,<ref name="GDPAug13" /> using this as a method to maintain the interest and intrigue in television viewers.<ref name="FoxSportsBio" />

==Personal life==
Howe met sports car driver [Bryan Sellers](/source/Bryan_Sellers) at a press assignment in 2005.<ref name=HoweSellers>{{cite web|last=Snider|first=Eric|title=Off to the Races!|url=https://www.modernluxury.com/atlanta/articles/the-races|work=The Atlantan Magazine|date=May 25, 2012|access-date=August 27, 2019|archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20190827080124/https://www.modernluxury.com/atlanta/articles/the-races|archive-date=August 27, 2019|url-status=live}}</ref> The two later married,<ref name="ESPNFR2014" /> and have two children.<ref name="FoxSportsBio" />
