**Jafar Ahmed Sadik** (born 4 January 1996), better known as **Jaffar Byn** or **JB**, is a Swedish-[Somali](/source/Somalis_in_Sweden) rapper.

## Personal life

Sadik was born in [Rinkeby](/source/Rinkeby), Stockholm, Sweden. He resides in [Rinkeby](/source/Rinkeby).[1]

## Legal issues

In 2017, he was sentenced to four years imprisonment for the possession of weapons; he was released in October 2020 after serving three years of his sentence.[2]
