# Ivondrovia

***Ivondrovia*** is a genus of [parasitoid wasps](/source/Parasitoid_wasp) belonging to the subfamily [Doryctinae](/source/Doryctinae) of the family [Braconidae](/source/Braconidae). This genus contains two species. It is found in the [Afrotropical](/source/Afrotropical_realm) region.[1]

## Description

Head high and transverse. [Ocelli](/source/Simple_eye_in_invertebrates) arranged in slightly obtuse triangle. Frons (forehead) slightly concave. Eyes glabrous. [Clypeus](/source/Clypeus_(arthropod_anatomy)) slightly convex. No malar suture Antennae weakly setiform. Mesosoma not depressed. Pterostigma of fore wing rather narrow. Fore femur thick and short. Claws are simple, large, short and strongly curved.[1]
