**Irancheh** ([Persian](/source/Persian_language): ايرانچه)[a] is a village in [Surk Rural District](/source/Surk_Rural_District_(Farrokhshahr_County))[4] of [Dastgerd District](/source/Dastgerd_District) in [Farrokhshahr County](/source/Farrokhshahr_County), [Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari](/source/Chaharmahal_and_Bakhtiari_province) province, [Iran](/source/Iran).

### Ethnicity

The village is populated by Persians.[5]

### Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 523 in 137 households, when it was in [Dastgerd Rural District](/source/Dastgerd_Rural_District_(Farrokhshahr_County)) of the former [Kiar District](/source/Kiar_District) in [Shahrekord County](/source/Shahrekord_County).[6] The following census in 2011 counted 525 people in 147 households,[7] by which time the rural district had been separated from the county in the establishment of [Kiar County](/source/Kiar_County).[8] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 334 people in 107 households,[2] when the rural district had been separated from the county in the formation of [Farrokhshahr District](/source/Farrokhshahr_District) in [Shahrekord County](/source/Shahrekord_County).[9]

In 2023, the district was separated from the county in the establishment of [Farrokhshahr County](/source/Farrokhshahr_County), and the rural district was transferred to the new [Dastgerd District](/source/Dastgerd_District). Irancheh was transferred to [Surk Rural District](/source/Surk_Rural_District_(Farrokhshahr_County)) created in the new district.[4]
