**Ini**, or **In** ([Asomtavruli](/source/Asomtavruli): Ⴈ; [Nuskhuri](/source/Nuskhuri): ⴈ; [Mkhedruli](/source/Mkhedruli): ი; [Mtavruli](/source/Mtavruli): Ი: [Georgian](/source/Georgian_language): ინი, ინ) is the 10th letter of the three [Georgian scripts](/source/Georgian_scripts).[1]

In the system of [Georgian numerals](/source/Georgian_numerals), it has a value of 10.[2] Ini commonly represents the [close front unrounded vowel](/source/Close_front_unrounded_vowel) /i/, like the pronunciation of ⟨i⟩ in "mach**i**ne", or the [near-close near-front unrounded vowel](/source/Near-close_near-front_unrounded_vowel) /ɪ/,[3] like the pronunciation of ⟨i⟩ in "s**i**n". It is typically [romanized](/source/Romanization_of_Georgian) with the letter [I](/source/I).[4]

An additional mkhedruli ini letter, ი̄ with a [macron](/source/Macron_(diacritic)) is used in [Svan](/source/Svan_language) language.[5]
