***In My Element*** is the third studio album by American musician [Robert Glasper](/source/Robert_Glasper). It was released on March 20, 2007 via [Blue Note Records](/source/Blue_Note_Records). Recording sessions took place at Systems Two Studios in [Brooklyn](/source/Brooklyn) from September 21, 2006 to November 1, 2006. Production was handled by Glasper himself together with Eli Wolf. It features contributions from [Vicente Archer](/source/Vicente_Archer) on bass, [Damion Reid](/source/Damion_Reid) on drums and spoken word from Reverend Joe Ratliff.

In the United States, the album peaked at number 9 on the [Jazz Albums](/source/Jazz_Albums) and number 6 on the [Traditional Jazz Albums](/source/Traditional_Jazz_Albums) charts.
