The '''Ilych''' ({{langx|ru|Илыч}}) is a river in the [Komi Republic](/source/Komi_Republic) in [northwest Russia](/source/northwest_Russia). It drains part of the northern [Ural Mountains](/source/Ural_Mountains) westward into the upper [Pechora](/source/Pechora_(river)). The river is {{convert|411|km|mi}} long, and the area of its [drainage basin](/source/drainage_basin) is {{convert|16000|km2|mi2}}.<ref name=gvr>{{GVR|164732|Река Илыч}}</ref> The Ilych freezes up in early November and stays icebound until late April.
